 * How will the water proofing protect the watch

Water resistance refers to a water intrusion testing by the manufacturer that assumes both the watch and the water are motionless; of course that never happens in the real life. An arm moving under water will increase the pressure on the watch as will the movement of the water.

1 meter = 3.3 feet
1 ATM (atmosphere) or bar = 10 meters

Watches labeled "water resistant" (30M or 100F) can withstand splashes of water but should not be submerged

"50 Meters" - should withstand very short exposure to water such as running your hand under a tap

"100 Meters" - for use in a swimming pool

"200 Meters" - for use in recreational scuba diving

Greater than 200 Meters - suitable for deeper diving

IMPORTANT: Never bathe with a watch on. Soap and shampoo can reduce the surface tension of the gaskets and allow water to penetrate as well as damage the gasket.

 *Are the watches covered by a warranty?

All watches are covered by a one year warranty. Warranty details and fulfillment vary dependent upon the watch manufacturer. Please read the instructions that came with your purchase to find out details on receiving warranty help.

 *What do I do if a watch arrives damaged?

All watches are inspected before shipping and batteries are refreshed (we replace all batteries before shipping to ensure long life of your watch); however, things can happen during shipping. Should you receive an item that is not functioning properly please contact us. We will have you send the item back and replace it with the exact style. We will also refund your shipping costs of getting the defective item back to us. Shipping cost refunds are sent via PayPal.

Mouse-Watches.com is in no way part of, sponsored by, or associated with the Disney companies. We are an authorized Seiko watch retailer and have been selling licensed Disney watches since 2003. Seiko develops and manufactures licensed Disney watches under the SII brand.

Unfortunately we can only provide assistance with the Seiko (SII) line of Disney watches. Currently most watches sold in the Disney parks are Time Works models. Please check the instructions manual that came with your watch to see how to obtain assistance.
