.:WARRANTY:. *Are the watches covered by a warranty? All watches are covered by a one year warranty. Warranty details and fulfillment vary dependent upon the watch manufacturer. Please read the instructions that came with your purchase to find out details on receiving warranty help. *What do I do if a watch arrives damaged? All watches are inspected before shipping and batteries are refreshed (we replace all batteries before shipping to ensure long life of your watch); however, things can happen during shipping. Should you receive an item that is not functioning properly please contact us. We will have you send the item back and replace it with the exact style. Unfortunately we can only provide assistance with the Seiko (SII) line of Disney watches. Currently most watches sold in the Disney parks are Time Works models.
