NO PURCHASE
NECESSARY.
1. SPONSOR: Mouse-Watches.com: St Albert, AB,
Canada.
2. ENTRY: THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
2a. By joining our free newsletter you are automatically
entered into our contest (International
entries are
allowed).
2b. You will receive one entry for every item purchased through
the Mouse-Watches.com website.
3. LIMITATIONS:
3a. Entering the contest by joining our free newsletter
means that you must provide an active email;
as
this is the only way you will be notified of winning.
3b. Entries made through
purchases are only limited to how many items you purchase
through
Mouse-Watches.com.
4. PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE (1): Winner may choose any watch from the Mouse-Watches.com website with a maximum
value of $50. Total ARV of Prize: Up to $50.
Limit one prize per person/family/household. Prizes are not
redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving
spouse residing in the same household. All prizes will be
awarded. Prizes will be awarded within 60 days of
notification.
5. Random Drawing: A random drawing will be held on
or about the last day of March, June, September, December of
every year. from among all eligible entries received.
Decisions of judges are final. The winner will be notified
by email. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number
of eligible entries received.
6. WINNERS: Disqualification and the selection of an
alternate winner will result from any of the following:(1)
failure of a potential winner to respond to first attempted
notification within fourteen (14) days from the date
received; (2) the return of potential winner's notification
as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) email of
entrant is non-active (4) the return of any
other notification or any prize as undeliverable; or (5) any
other non-compliance with rules and conditions. All taxes
and duty are solely the winner's responsibility. For a list
of winners and/or sweepstakes rules, send a self-addressed,
stamped envelope to: Mouse-Watches.com: Win a Disney Watch Contest,
Winners/Rules (specify which), MW Promotions Group, 9
Brentwood Place, St Albert, AB, Canada, T8N 0A1.
7. RESERVATIONS: Each entrant by entering this
sweepstakes agrees that: (1) entrant will be bound by these
rules and the judge's decisions; (2) the entry becomes the
Sponsor's property and will not be returned; (3) none of the
Sponsors, nor any of their officers, directors, employees,
agents or representatives are responsible for claims,
injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from
sweepstakes participation, the awarding, acceptance, use,
misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize,
participation in any prize related activity or from computer
downloading any sweepstakes information; (4) the prizes are
awarded "AS IS" and WITH a 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (5) the
acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an
unconditional right to use winner's name, address, voice,
likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information
and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity,
advertising and promotional purposes without additional
compensation, except where prohibited by law; (6) in the
event this sweepstakes becomes technically corrupted in any
way, electronically or otherwise the Sponsor has the right
to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes and in such
event, to select winners by random drawing from among all
eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation,
termination or suspension; (7) any portion of a prize not
accepted by the winner will be forfeited; and (8) Sponsor is
not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept
any prize for any reason
